Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the item(s) up to 14 days after the initial purchase date. Please notify us of your intention to return the item(s) via email and we will provide a form for you to fill in and include in the package. We ask that you pay the shipping costs of the item(s) you are returning to us.
The item(s) need to be unused, not damaged and in the original retail packaging. Refunds will be processed within a week, we will confirm how you would like to receive the funds (back to debit/ credit card or via PayPal). Please keep your proof of shipping receipt and tracking number if applicable!
Terms of Service
*How long will it take for me to receive my order?
You will be advised about the amount of time it takes for your order to be delivered when your specific location has been made known. However, orders are shipped within 24 hours when placed before 5pm GMT/ UK Time.
*Is a product warranty included in my purchase?
All Sparks Sunglasses come with a 1 year warranty. This does not apply to situations where the damage (such as scratches or cracks) have been caused by the user within that period. Take care to protect your Sparks Sunglasses from damage by storing them in the case when they are not being worn.
Shipping Policy
*Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship worldwide! We have Sparks fans all over the world. Shipping costs are specific to your location and will be added at the checkout stage. All single item orders benefit from FREE SHIPPING, multiple item orders will be charged for shipping, however this is at a very discounted price.
*How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
All orders placed before 5:00pm Monday to Friday will be processed and dispatched the following day. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed and shipped on Monday afternoon.
