*Are you still accepting orders during the COVID-19 pandemic?
Sparks Sunglasses are still operating and serving you during the COVID-19 global pandemic. We are in very uncertain times, but we are working to ensure that sunglasses, which are an essential item are still available for purchase. Sunglasses can be used as a shield for your eyes when in public for essential trips, so we are accepting, processing and sending orders. All items are being handled with care, our work areas are sanitised and protective masks and gloves are being utilised.
*Do you have any physical stores?
We do not have a physical, brick and mortar address at the moment.
We aim to have a location that you can come and visit, and try before you buy in the near future.
*What is your returns policy?
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the item(s) up to 14 days after the initial purchase date.
Please notify us of your intention to return the item(s) via email and we will provide a form for you to fill in and
include in the package. We ask that you pay the shipping costs of the item(s) you are returning to us.
The item(s) need to be unused, not damaged and in the original retail packaging. Refunds will be processed
within a week, we will confirm how you would like to receive the funds (back to debit/ credit card or via PayPal).
Please keep your proof of shipping receipt and tracking number if applicable!

*Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship worldwide!
We have Sparks fans all over the world. Shipping costs are specific to your location and will be added
at the checkout stage. All orders over £60 will benefit from FREE SHIPPING.
*How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
All orders placed before 5:00pm Monday to Friday will be processed and dispatched the following day.
Orders placed during the weekend will be processed and shipped on Monday afternoon.
*How do you use and store my personal data?
We at Sparks Sunglasses do not share or sell your personal data and information. We have GDPR processes in place to
protect your right to confidentiality and your personal data. We do collect your data (full name, date of birth,
contact details, address) when you order from our website or join our mailing list. All payments are processed securely
via PayPal or Debit/ Credit Card which is encrypted and security is 100% guaranteed.
*How long will it take for me to receive my order?
You will be advised about the amount of time it takes for your order to be delivered when your specific location has
been made known. However, orders are shipped within 24 hours when placed before 5pm GMT/ UK Time.
*Is a product warranty included in my purchase?
All Sparks Sunglasses come with a 1 year warranty. This does not apply to situations where the damage (such as
scratches or cracks) have been caused by the user within that period. Take care to protect your Sparks Sunglasses
from damage by storing them in the case when they are not being worn.
